Hidden Springs Lodge is an amazing facility for family reunions and gatherings. It is a beautiful family lodge that can comfortably sleep up to 90 people under one roof. This is not an option for large groups at most lodges in the country. The ranch also has lots of amazing recreation right on the property for families to enjoy in privacy. Outdoor recreation areas are getting busier and more crowded and private outdoor recreation and private amenities with your family group is becoming hard to find. In this blog we will discuss the private outdoor recreation that families can enjoy on the ranch with no other people around.
In the backyard of the lodge is a large, heated pool and in-ground hot tub. This beautiful pool area is great for children to enjoy in privacy and security. Families can relax in the pool area or up on the shaded deck and enjoy the day in quiet and privacy while the children play in the pool. The backyard also has a large lawn area for playing yard games and sports. The sand volleyball court and campfire pit is great for families to play some volleyball or relax by the fire and roast some hot dogs in the evenings.
On the ranch are several fishing and canoeing ponds. These ponds are fed by springs and are crystal clear and full of fish. Families can enjoy fishing and canoeing on the ponds in privacy and will not need a Utah fishing license.
The Activities Center on the ranch is private for your group while you are at the Hidden Springs Lodge. The north-side of the activities center has a 30 foot rock climbing wall for families to practice rock climbing. Inside the center is a sports court with pickleball and basketball. Families can also rent mountain bikes and canoes for biking and canoeing on the property or in the nearby forest. There is also a skeet shooting deck near the activities center and families can shoot clay pigeons with their family as they relax in complete privacy.
